Warranties

When investing in a new playground, we understand that you'll need some reassurance that it is designed and installed to last. We're proud of the quality of our equipment and the professionalism of our installation teams, but to give you extra peace of mind, Playforce equipment is guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects.

Full details on the conditions associated with our warranty can be found in your Playforce Care booklet, issued on completion of your installation. If you require a further copy of this manual, which also includes our advice on inspecting and maintaining your equipment as well as details about how to make a claim against your warranty, please contact the team on 01604 261690.

Please note, all warranties are valid subject to strict adherence to the maintenance and inspection requirements and we may request copies of your routine inspections to be provided when making a warranty claim. Our warranty covers the replacement of materials due to a material or manufacturing defect, however please note that labour is chargeable should installation work be required.

All Playforce Pressure Treated Round Timbers are supplied with a 10 year guarantee.

Playforce equipment comprising Pressure Treated Rectangular Section Softwood Timber, Structural Stainless Steel and Galvanised Mild Steel, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Panels and High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Panels are also supplied with a 10 year guarantee.

Surfacing comprising All Weather Surfacing Systems, Play Turf Surfacing Systems, Play Lawn Surfacing Systems, Wetpour Surfacing, Steel Core Ropes, fixings and connections, Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Boulders and components are supplied with a 5 year guarantee.

Bonded Rubber Mulch Safety Surfacing is guaranteed for 1 Year for structural integrity. Due to the recycled nature of rubber playground surfaces and the way they are manufactured, we cannot guarantee colour fastness of the product and any subsidence caused by subsoil ground movement or shrinkage, including the ground underneath surfacing, except when supplied onto a pre-approved Playforce sub-base.

All other equipment is guaranteed for one year.
