As of today, we're pleased to confirm that our office and warehouse are now open again with additional hygiene and distancing protocols in place to keep our team safe. We are therefore able to take your calls on the usual number, 01225 792660, and continue to pick up emails to sales@playforce.co.uk or via the website contact form.
We are also still providing free consultations, help and advice by phone or video call and we can also now undertake contact-free site visits where this is possible and safe to do so, again with additional protocols in place to keep everyone safe.
Our summer installation schedule is now looking very busy and so if you are planning to complete any work on your outdoor spaces, play equipment or sports areas ahead of the new school year in September please get in touch as soon as possible.
Best wishes from us all at Playforce and especially to our amazing school customers who are either opening to more pupils from this week, or are preparing to do so in the weeks ahead.
Further update: 27.03.20
Following school closures at the end of last week, and the recent updated guidance from the government, our head office is now completely closed and our teams are at home with their families.
However, we are still contactable by email on sales@playforce.co.uk, or via the contact form on our website.
Whilst things are definitely not 'business as usual' for anyone, we'd love to hear from you, whether to discuss any current or new projects, to get started on any future plans when things are hopefully a little more normal, or just to say hello and keep in touch! Our team can also provide free virtual consultations via video call.
We would like to wish all of our colleagues, customers, suppliers and everyone else all of our very best wishes in what is a very challenging time for everyone, and we hope to see you all again in person soon!

In the ever-changing and uncertain times we all find ourselves in with the current Coronavirus outbreak, the team at Playforce has been taking steps to ensure that we can continue to provide our services to our customers as normal whilst following the latest advice to protect our colleagues, customers and their families.
As a UK manufacturer we are lucky to have a short and reliable supply chain, meaning we have been able to put in place a number of measures to ensure we are ready and able to deliver.
As our work in schools and nurseries across the country is outdoors, we can continue to operate almost independently, keeping to a distance from staff and pupils and minimising contact whether sites are open or closed.
We are also more than happy to discuss and agree any specific arrangements for your school or nursery. This could include:
• Holding meetings and presenting ideas by phone/online
• Arranging outdoor meetings and site surveys outside of busy times or before/after the school day.
• Providing welfare facilities for site teams to avoid the need to use your own facilities
In the event of school closures, we can also continue with site surveys, consultations and installation of projects as we normally would in a school holiday. We may also be able to assist with other services such as cleaning and other maintenance tasks should you need it by calling on our colleagues from other specialist teams at idverde.
All current and future meetings, installations and projects can continue as planned and we will of course keep you updated should anything change.
